CRN main player at the Montecarlo International Boat Show

CRN, brand of the Ferretti Group, among the leading world producers of fully customized, over 40 metre, pleasure boats, will be present at the Montecarlo Boat Show with the jewel in its crown: AZTECA, the largest mega yacht ever constructed by the shipyard, entirely produced in Italy. According to the prestigious international nautical magazine, "Boat International", at 72 metres, the new hull number 124 of CRN is already among the largest 100 mega yachts in the world.

This represents tangible proof of CRN's excellence in naval projects, quality, design and in its boats, as well as the affirmation of an avant-garde product "Made and Designed" in Italy, as Lamberto Tacoli, Chairman of CRN, explains.

CRN "AZTECA" - 72 m
Azteca is the largest displacing mega yacht ever constructed by the shipyard of Ancona: 72 metres long, constructed in steel and aluminium, with 5 decks and 5 guest cabins and one owner's suite, it is amongst the 100 longest pleasure boats in the world.
Created by the technical office of CRN, responsible for naval planning, in collaboration with Studio Nuvolari & Lenard, responsible for the interior and exterior design, the hull of the Azteca is characterised by slender shapes, a pronounced and sharp stern, with smooth external lines. Azteca, moreover, refutes the cliché of boats of excessive dimensions, lacking "aggressivity". The ample open spaces of the sun deck (including fitness area), together with the design of the yacht, highlights this expression of a new counter-trend "sportiness".

This new jewel of the seas is a real tribute to elegance and comfort, and is equipped with the latest and exclusive technical innovations and not only this: the open balcony, looking onto the sea, in the owner's suite, a very private area for relaxation, at the stern of the lower deck, an area of 100 sqm equipped with an authentic beach club: the stern port can be transformed into a beach close to the sea, equipped with a shower and a sun deck. Furthermore, the open sun deck has an area of 260 sqm, a width of 13.50 m, furnished with large sofas, a bar and a Jacuzzi at the stern.

On the main deck, there is the owner's suite with balcony at the stern, including two large bathrooms completely furnished in marble and mother-of-pearl, a cinema room (equipped with 65 inch screens) a large wardrobe and a massage room. There are also two VIP cabins on the starboard side in the large corridor where the lobby of the main deck meets the ship owner's area. From the main lobby towards the stern can be found the dining room with large windows and the main saloon.
From the lobby of the upper deck, used as a library, towards the stem, runs a long corridor with an important and luminous VIP suite to the left before reaching a semicircular bridge including radio room and the Capitain's cabin.
The large panoramic lift with crystal walls and marble floor, centrally located in front of the imposing spiral staircase (connecting the lower deck to the sun deck), joins three decks: the main deck to the sun deck, passing the upper deck.

There are 2 VIP cabins on the lower deck which one reaches from the main deck, close to the owner's suite, two guest cabins with twin beds and a folding bed, for guests and staff. On the lower deck there is also a large area of over 370 sqm for the crew, including 12 cabins, a relaxation area, dinette, gym at the stem, and storage spaces (refridgeration facilities and washing machine) also on the sub lower deck.
On the stern of the lower deck, immediately after the beach club, there are two garages separated within a long corridor covered by boiserie in teak, with access from the main deck. The two garages open with two side doors; on the right hand side of the hull there is an up-and-over door of 90 degrees which conceals a beautiful tender Riva Shuttle, while the left garage has a folding door which turns into a beach, useful to dock the second tender and also to scuba dive. In the garage there are also two sea-doos.
The engine room, located immediately after the two hangers, including a separate control room, and a generator room, on three decks, has two Caterpillar engines (for a maximum speed of 16.5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots).
